Over the past 14 years he has developed and led 5 flagship programs—Junior Warrior Training, The Spartan Challenge, Spartan Advanced Leadership Training, Housing Incubator Project and now Spartan X—by deliberately pulling together a select group of combat veterans and experts in tactics, strength & conditioning, executive protection, ministry, and real-world leadership. From the most experienced Infantry leaders, Operators, to high ranking Officers. Andrey forged a highly capable group where combat-proven authority meets uncompromising excellence that is effective in business, ministry and family.
Born in Kyiv Ukraine during the final years of the Soviet Union's communist reign, immigrated to America at age 6, raised in a family of 13 siblings, and shaped by 11 years of military service. First in the U.S. Navy and then in the U.S. Army National Guard as an Infantry Officer. Andrey doesn’t teach theory—he engineered transformation. His driving force is simple and focused on these two opposing questions. Are my decisions driven by Love or Fear? Because decisions based on love will always look to do good and well being of others even at a cost to itself. While fear will evade the hard decisions then selfishly and cowardly avoid responsibility to protect its own interests at the expense of others. Everything he creates asks one question: “Will this make the world safer and more prosperous for my daughter Josie—and for every little boy and girl around the world.” Because if it doesn't, then I'm wasting my time.
This is not another training program. This is the culture Andrey built when he saw the gap and decided to close it.
