Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the original condition it was received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase available.

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

  • Reason Code A: Incorrect item received
  • Reason Code B: Damaged or defective item
  • Reason Code C: Unsatisfactory quality

Please note: Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@thespartanx.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you find that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and screen protectors that have been opened or used, cannot be returned. If you have any concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
